I need your valuable suggestions from all of you.
My current project is getting over on 22 August. And I want to put the resignation on September and want to serve 90 days as per policy.
Q.1) Will they allow me to serve 90 NP days probably I may on bench by that time.? Q.2)In NP will it WFH or WFO ?

Earlier they used to give early release for the people on bench but now they are not giving they are asking to serve 90 days notice period Though you are on NP it will be hybrid mode only ...as per my knowledge
