Guys, anybody have ever done IT document submission for self or parent under chapter 6A against 80DDBS. Let me also attach the screen shot for my concern as I have been constantly getting error stating (please add medi claim data before proceeding) despite adding all the relevant info, I kept getting this problem, please help?

Yes I did, all personal information and related details (dependents ect) are fully furnished in success factor 😞
Just fyi, at the bottom of the page when notice : Add Family Member bla bla bla, I realized it's a hyperlink. 😜 All sorted thanks very much.
The HGS portal sucks. They are unable to delete if anything added accidentally. I had an issue with attachment. Even though it was attached while submitting it says to attached. Took approx a month to fix
