If you joined in September 2023, you should be eligible for the appraisal in March 2025. Just make sure your performance is up to the mark.

Your first cycle will be the cycle which comes after your 18 months of completion in the organisation.

As a fresher, you'll be part of the fresher appraisal cycle. So, you'll get your first appraisal after 18 months from the DOJ and 2nd appraisal after 30 months from the DOJ.
