Trending @Capgemini; Hey guys, I need an advice.

An employee he/she was serving PIP, she got an tasks to do, and she did what she can do for the given task, and she completed the given tasks or partially completed the tasks with working state with some bugs, but she got only negative feedback, like mentioning "very poor" and "Incomplete", for all the tasks feedbacks, and not mentioning anything about what she worked on the tasks, not a single word what she developed.

And the final review came,his manager explained to HR, she didn't complete the given task in time. it's all my final review. Now it's an HR decision, HR can discuss and decide what is the best option.

Now what will happen? What HR will decide? Now what she have to do in this situation? Does she have to resign? Or what is the solution for this situation?

I suggest go with data capture what you did because at the end data will prove you are correct or wrong and no one else can prove you wrong even he/she is leader or manager anyone...PIP is good and bad which actually means they want you to leave job only or really want some improvement in you its all depend on HR and BU head only whaf theg a5e thinking...If you are really good employee and did good job then you will be winner 🏆
