Trending @Capgemini; Hey friends Need suggestions

As year end review came.. I am from the grade b2 with 11LPA. I know appraisal amount will be 5% as it is first appraisal of mine in capg .

Also I am on bench from the Nov month.. I am thinking to switch will I get early release.. ??or also should I give interviews for the project allocation.. I am in doubt because i am also starting to search if I get any offer again I have to serve 3month np and is there any chance I will get release early if I stay on bench?? Please suggest…
