I wanted to understand about WFO, I have taken 6 days PL in June so still, I need to complete 12 days or it will be based ad pro-rata basis. Thanks in advance.

For every day of leave 0.6days is counted towards attendance. So for 6 days leave - 3.6 days will be considered as attended. You only need to attend 8 days for that month.

As per BTO Policy Document, you have to cover 60% of Working days in the month. Working days will exclude all kinds of leaves. Case 1: 20 Working days in the month, 0 leaves. 20x60%= 12 days from Office Case 2: 20 W days, 6 leaves. 20-6 i.e. 14x60%= 8.4 ~9 days from Office Case 3: 23 W days, 0 leaves.
