I was about to post this same question as I am also reporting from non base location and wanted to submit my laptop and ID. If anyone can help on this, would be really helpful.

Don't think so. Initially they had pick up service wherein if you're working from home then you can raise the pickup request and your laptop would have been picked up by their courier service. Now (as far as I know) you have to physically visit your base location and submit your assets
