Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing a challenging situation in my project where I’m consistently working 12+ hours a day, including weekends. There are frequent escalations even for minor issues, which is adding to the overall pressure. Although I’ve been given a lead role, I’m still expected to handle support-level tasks, making it difficult to focus on higher-level responsibilities. Additionally, the client is highly frustrated, which further intensifies the situation.

I do understand that I have the option to switch projects or explore other opportunities, but I’m concerned that the nature of my current work is not helping me grow technically—in fact, I feel my skills are stagnating. I’m looking for ways to improve and speed up my learning despite these constraints, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
