The yearly increment depends on our last year's rating but how much % of increment one will get based on its ratings is there any chart to refer?

For eg for rating 1 - Increment % may range from 8-10....

This year everything is is weird I got 2 rating and got 2 percentage hike and one of my in same got 3 rating she received promotion with 1 percentage hike
