I am from BPO profile and want to move to IT projects through IJP(20 months running). But every time I apply they reject me because they want experience guy. How can one get experience if that person wants to move to IT from BPO. I want to move to cloud projects mainly AWS also I did certification and upskilling myself but IJP there is no transparency all they want is hands on. Please anyone help how to proceed
Always try for best either in CG or outside. Its always depend on project may be you did not reach to that project which need you till now. We apply for many compay but are not getting selected for all just few are sekecting. Its the same way.
Bro in cg people from mainframe also not getting development project rmg is threatening to go in support and maintenance project if you want to switch, switch organization
Apply to other places that are taking freshers, no need to hope here
