I joined Capg 7 months back. The project I am currently in is very hectic since last month requiring to work from 11 AM in the morning to 11:30PM. Still if I reject some meeting after 10 PM saying its very late for me, I feel anxiety. I dont want to be a top performer. I just finish my work and leave. But in this situation I dont know what to do

It all starts with leads of the team, if they are able to understand the requirements and pass them to juniors properly also convince Clients to buy some time then everything will be good else it will ruin everything. Micro management always suc*s.
