Start actively searching for jobs. Figure out if your skills are in demand, are companies willing to wait 90 days for you and then take a call.
Personally, been getting a lot of calls for my skills but most of them want immediate joiners/30d notice. Based on the amount of calls I've been getting, decided to take a leap of faith and resign without an offer. Also helps if you have a good rapport with your N+1. I have spoken to my N+1 about the possibility of revoking if something good doesn't materialize.
Also, recruitment consultancies hardly ever want to wait that long as that means their payout will be delayed as well 🤦🏽
