
Trending @Capgemini; Has anyone ever received NOE (Notice of enquiry) for not following hybrid cultur, or have attended meeting with disciplinary committee team?
I have not visited office for quite a long time now. My project members and managers are outside India. So I am working from home and my manager knows about it. But I have not filled any BTO as I was unaware about it. My N+1 never responds or never connect with me and always offline, so no idea about BTO. I never received any Non-bto warnings but got an email to attend meeting with disciplinary committee team and defend myself.
Anyone knows what happens in the meeting??????? I'm worried help please.

Adhering to policies an important aspect. I’m pretty sure you would have received BTO Hybrid mode of operation. If manager doesn’t respond, reaching out to HR for any queries would do. While discussion you have to showcase what you have done at your end to keep management informed.

Ok. In the meeting I will share my screen that I never received any personal warning for not reporting to office 12days a month. I will show the email request for location transfer. And I will get an email confirmation that my project was aware of wfh.
I will tell going forward without fail I will adhere to hybrid mode.
I hope management will atleast consider and understand and will not terminate me from organization.

Talk to your N+1 and be compliant to BTO policy going forward. Hikes are highly associated to BTO. Even if 1 month you are zero compliant to BTO, then don't expect hikes this year...

You should have come to office. So what your team members are outside India. There are many people whose team members are not in the same location.

I know. But I was having personal issues for which I wanted location transfer. And till it got accepted I was working from home.
