I have been working with CG for the past 2 years in SAP ABAP. However, while working in one of the recent projects I feel like I am not able to cope up with the increased complexity of work and hence thinking of upskill, even taking a break and investing full time in improving and maybe doing a certification. I thought of upskilling simultaneously but not getting much time due to project work. Any guidance will be really helpful.
Don't quit your job, sacrifice project work and entertainment time a little bit, 45-60 minutes per day won't hurt and all the study and practice will add up over time.
Sacrificing project work may not be possible, even if I get released from the project I will be asked to get into another project soon by RMG. Agree with daily study of an hour, hope that would be beneficial in the long run.
