Hi,

I got permission from higher management for wfh in 2023 and now I didn't receive hike letter due to zero wfo hours, can anyone suggest me if I get hike when I reach to manager that they only gave me permission.

Help desk number they gave in email, one of the HR will respond to you, when you tell your Employee ID and name they will tell you the reason for not giving hike

Does it mentioned that its due ro zero wfo hours? Becuz i didnt go to office for most of the months i received 4percent like others..and I don’t think thats the reason for no hike letter..btw which bu u r from?

Verbally right? Thats just a stupid reason they use to say anyway but if thats the official case for sure we would’ve received mail or formal announcement from BU head atleast

I mean hike mat do, promotion mat do that is fine.... But allow us for wfh 🏠

Connect with your N+1 & 2 Keep both of them in email and raise your query. They should take it up with HR's

Can someone comment on latest status for wfh?
I mean if we don't comply for wfo then what are the consequences?
