Hi all, Just got my first project on java based. Im all ears. Please share your experiences with me so that it will help me in my journey. Thanks in advance.
I'm also in my first project , so I'll say do all the required work , maintain good relationship with manager but don't get too excited for more work cuz then you'll be the one getting all work , facing issue in this project.
So how to avoid overloaded work politely. I mean oh shit. I don't know how to ask but i guess u got my question.
Like if they give you some task , just also look how much time other members take as well . Also don't let you manager have so much high expectations of you as well . Cuz here now I'd to attend client call mostly in my whole team to understand business prospects even though I'm most jr in team
