Trending @Capgemini; Good IT companies in Navi Mumbai, pls give a list

I did like to explore Thane or Navi Mumbai for SDE or senior roles (8 yoe). Can someone list down good companies with decent to good work culture and work balance, which pays decent to great. Preferably hybrid. Other most popular Mumbai/Goregaon/Parel/Andheri etc places will be very far and expensive and exhausting to travel by train and all that rush. I have travelled so much in rush local trains, I want some convenience in my life, not tired all the time with all that long commute hours. Please can you share a list of companies I can try for interviews.
