Currently, I am working in a Monitoring Support Project. Last month I had an argument with my Team Lead, and then I filled out MyReflections on GETSUCCESS. Then my N+1 connected with my Supervisor (who is currently my Team Lead). So my Team Lead deliberately asked me to give 4 Ratings. I have been working on this project for the last 1 year and I have not had any escalation. After getting 4 rating, I am worried about what will happen next. Please assist me🥺🙏🏻
Don't compromise on this. If you had no escalations, you should have got 2 Or 3 rating,
I’m on the JAS (July, August, September) cycle. My N+1 informed me about the ratings, but they have not yet been reflected in my profile. Is there a way to challenge these ratings with a higher authority, or do I need to clear any PIP or BOTP first?

There is one appeal portal where u can have a discussion again with BU or program manager u can explain what u have done till the date and I was supposed to get 2 or 3 rating , but this process should be available after 15 days from the date u got rating
