Trending @Capgemini; Get success Promotion month?
Nowadays i am getting get success mails means this month is promotion month for me ? Anyone else getting getSuccess related mails? On 7th sept my 3 yrs will complete in Capgemini And i was planning to resign immediately after 7th sept but now this mails are creating confusion for me my friends also saying to not resign we will get promotion this month and you are leaving without any offer
I’m also getting those mail but if your cycle promotion is already completed as per u r joining date then those mails are just useless it will ask to have check in with u r manger or to create priority for next year like that ntg else.
Get success is different just for your achievement and feedback..not for promotion
I guess there will be annual increment in march
