As a fresher I'm currently on bench after training onwards I didn't get a single project till now . Will it affect my career in CG?
I completed my training on SAP ABAP ON HANA I'm not getting any project calls if any vacancies in your projects please let me know
Leave Capg asap is what I would suggest.
Same with me, my manager gave reasons like budget constraint and also said that all reportees are in grade C
Ur in CG more than 2yrs u can try to shift the company if not try to complete 2 yrs. If u have some time to complete 2yrs try to get some project (practical/hands on) knowledge from the people(seniors)who are currently working in a project from ur domain.Because in out side interview they are asking like did u have any hands on experience.
Leave company as fast other wise you will spoil the 2 years min
