I am notice period and only 1 month is pending. 1) what if I don’t follow WFO hybrid policy this last month without giving any exemption and all? 2) I’ve 20 leaves and my base pay is 49k per month but ctc is 17lpa and getting 1.16L per month in hand so will leave encashment be based on base pay or in-hand salary?

Not following the WFO hybrid policy can lead to warnings or salary deductions. Better to comply or discuss with HR.
Leave encashment is based on your base pay, not in-hand salary.
