Hello Everyone, In my project around 20 resources are released and more will be. Can someone have an idea what the bench policy is here. It's time to scare or keep calm ya this is part of work life.
I also got released from the project on Feb 24 and I'm on the bench now, Bench policy is nothing you just have to go to office 3 days per week. Nothing serious is there just chill and do your work. As of now I received one interview call yesterday and am waiting for feedback
what about the result of that interview?
He said that he sent feedback to the RMG team and shortly they will update me, Honestly I didn't get it what does that mean ðŸ˜

Even I am releasing from the project on 30th April, according to bench hr we are supposed to go to office on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and minimum work from office should be 6 hours
You are from my team . Need not worry. I have seen many people sitting for more than 3 months on bench. But management can be bit pushy coming to office rest all good . Just keep calm and let your knowledge speak.
