What the fuck is this 90 days notice period? This is supposed to be my first switch in my career. I though 90 days is very common in several companies. But every time I get a telephonic call from HR , they gets terrified of the 90 days and schedule any call. This happened quite a few time. In another incident after completing every screening round , they refuse to give me offer becoz of long notice period. How to get past this, any idea pls?

I suggest you to get on bench first,
bench people generally don’t serve 90 days as
compensation is the cost to company.
Bench people always get early relive

CG isn't giving early release to people on the bench either. Some of my friends had an HR discussion for this. HR just told them that the company is okay with bench people serving 90 days notice. You can only get early release if you have medical issues or are going for higher studies. Even in that case you will have to provide proof.

Hi
No bro if you are on the bench also you have to serve 90 days.

Medical certificate with very bad illness . You can try mental condition cannot work any more . Not joking

I am facing the same situation. HR don’t call back after hearing 90 days. Everyone wants immediate joiner or someone with 30 days NP. One needs to serve complete 90 days whether they are on bench or in a project.
