What has happened to every manager whether its offshore/onshore, they want you to be available from morning 10 to night 11/12, on weekends as well. No leaves are granted, even if you take a leave they will call and bother you unnecessarily. They cant add extra resources/ extend timeline. Putting an unrealistic timeline which adds pressure to everyone. It has become a routine for past 3/4 months, now health started to take a toll

Everywhere is the same. My manager asked me to call an associate who is on sick leave and ask them to work a minimum of 4 hours. What nonsense is this seriously i was really feeling bad.
