If a fresher joins Capgemini as an Analyst, does the designation automatically change to Senior Analyst after 18 months, or does it change only after a promotion? And what is the promotion process, and how much does the min salary increase after a promotion

This is what I've heard, that you get promoted to Senior Analyst automatically after months. But in the past few years there have been people working for 3-4 years without a single promotion 🙂

Just switch, there are no promotions for freshers. Even if you get that's insignificant.
