Try to get at least 7-8 LPA as your 1st offer from a company which is willing to wait for 90days. After that you can easily push your package to 12 LPA.

But they living cost and expenses are very high in Metro city, so that’s why that’s the only reason I am thinking about it. If I am doing remote or I’ll be in my native Palace, then it will be perfectly fine, but living in Metro city hair like expenses are more like rent food travel, 50% money is going in this only that’s why I am thinking

We have to stop thinking that we are so luxurious or Elite class people. We are same class as labour class like sweepers and cleaners, the difference only is we work in Air conditioned 5 star offices and speak english. Working in IT doesn't mean you have achieved some advanced privileges or can behave like businessman or entrepreneurs. We are 9 to 5 labourers, Fancy things in office only IT people brainwashed thinking that we are doing something Elite class 🤣

With three years of experience, you could aim for around 10-12 LPA. It depends on your negotiation skills and the company's budget.
