Hi, I've just moved out of the fresher cycle in march and am now part of the usual year-end-review cycle and have received the 'My Reflections' form again in October. So just wanted to know, since I have already received a hike and promotion in March-April, so will I be applicable for a hike/promotion again as I have received the form?
