Trending @Capgemini; For frontend developer
I have completed 2+ years in the company ( Angular dev.) , i am on shadow in my project , I worked on many apps but not billable and now I am in SaaS project for 6 months but helping as Angular dev to other other devs. on their app. I have good hands-on experience on Angular. I want to switch as Angular dev can I do with showing all my 2+ years experience as Angular dev.

I had good skill sets angular and java. And I was on bench I tried reaching out to a lot of project managers, got no replies. Now they have put me on a support project where I basically work like some bot. So don't keep hopes too high.

Then the only option is to switch with the skill set we want to work with. Is it good to show the overall experience as your experience on that skill for switching?

Yeah depends you can add a couple of points in your resume with cg experience as well it will show that you have learnt different skills

Yes, you have to connect with community of frontend development within c&ca or dcx

Try for other projects as there are many internal openings as well and then you can flaunt the experience
