Trending @Capgemini; For all the hike related posts, won't be >10%!

I've seen enough posts on Capgemini page regarding this year's hike. I can understand the feeling behind it. So for all the colleagues out there, irrespective of your grade/designation & rating, you won't recieve more than 10%. Maybe 2-4% for Succeeding, 5-6% for Exceeding, and 7-9% for Exceptional.

Talking from experience at CG & also considering recent mail from our CEO regarding hikes

Yup, thinking of the same. For me, it's not just challenging anymore

It's not challenging from the starting only from Oct,2024 till now.The only policy is we have to go to office for 12 days to get considered for hike.Be it,for just gossip, coffee, completing learning hours, team lunch, working 2hrs in odc, being active on teams and then thinking it will take 1.5 hrs to reach home let's pack bags at 4:30 pm.

I got to know it's true what you are saying. I got to know this from a HR friend who is working with compensation team.
