Is it mandatory to follow BTO during notice period? What will be the impact on FnF if a person does not attend office at all?

There is no policy mentioning this, so I'm gonna just drop my opinion.

The only thing that they can do is apply your leaves (again, not mentioned in any policy). So if you're concerned about that, do go to the office for a few days at least.

Otherwise, you're gonna leave so don't give a damn! They'll only know your BTO days the next month, so at least you can do WFH for the last month of your notice period I guess.
