Trending @Capgemini; Folks, curious to know what do you think about AI making some roles obsolete and how long until we get there.
by the end of 2025 the AI will reach SOTA , but these AI still needs training data so , the commercial providers won't give nDA ..then as usual EU will come into picture and made some AI laws and prohibits some use , by the mid of 2026 you will see the start of confusion era where people get replaced by AI , starts with Telecaller and testers , and mediocore developers
at the end of 2026 you will start to see era of physical AI, where the real problem starts...
btw , there will be AI bubble where people will scam companies in the name of B2B Ai providers so don't worry , until 2028-2030 majority of skilled jobs will be safe ...we may see 10-15% get affected by 2026 and huge impact before 2030
Hmm… so if I understand correct, no near term job cuts unless one is a telecaller, testers or an average developer.
