I have resigned, and my last day of work is December 10th. So when will I get my November payment, and I have 28 leaves. So when will I get the money for those leaves and how much it is. Please let me know about it.

November salary should come as usual. Leave encashment is part of Full & Final, usually processed within 45 days post last day.

You will get the Basic Salary of 28 days. You will not get full salary for those 28 days.
