Hi all, I was deployed to a project which does not match my skill set. They did not give me option to say no at the time of joining project. I did try to put an effort in this project and prove my self. But the environment is so bad and people are so rude hardly getting any help. I did notified to them it is not possible from me stating all the valid reasons, but they are hardly considering those points.Frustrated I resigned. Now I need to serve the 3 month notice period. I don’t have interest in that work.. neither I am able to understand it even though I try to put an effort.. I did not even receive any hike it’s such a depressing environment… it’s worst company to work with… almost in tears…making me feel sad and low as each day is passing by
