As per the current market situation for 5 years of exp you can expect around 12 to 15 LPA. As soon as you cross 7 or 8 years of exp your salary should be around 15 to 20 LPA (with a switch) I saw peoples with 10 years of exp having salary around 22 LPA in CG, definitely switching a company plays crucial role in your salary and aldo depends on how long you stay in organisation.
