But as per the policy which was shared in FAQs, people on their joining year would not get any hike.
I joined in 2023, and I diligently went to the office and completed 12 days a month.

But I never saw the hike thing coming my way.

Still check with your line manager once on this.

whats the use of ratings if hike is there i can expect 3-4% not more than that
