Trending @Capgemini; Exceptional rating, how can I expect hikwle

I joined 2024 Feb, I got an exceptional rating for performance. What percentage I can expect for a hike. In SF, SCB project?

But as per the policy which was shared in FAQs, people on their joining year would not get any hike.
I joined in 2023, and I diligently went to the office and completed 12 days a month.

But I never saw the hike thing coming my way.

Still check with your line manager once on this.
But 1 rating, I'm hopeful that you would surely get a hike. :)
