I am currently working for McDonald's project and I have a good reason to take release from my project.After applying for the release I got updated from RMG team saying that self release is not acceptable .They are saying to go for IJP or check out with your friends for different project .this leaving me questioning the point of being part of a multinational corporation if choice and autonomy are limited.
It’s same across whole CG, if you wanna quit project, it has to be by resigning the company and joining another company
My friend tis not RMG which is directing you. It project management is doing as par project sitution. RMG team is just a postman to deliver the message and this is also mention your are important for that project so that the are unable to release you.
Apply for IJP. If selected no one can stop you from leaving McDonald
