If you can stay in CG for another 5 years, then go ahead and purchase.

You can resign and your ESOP will be there as holding and once the lock in period is over you can release

I invested 10k in 2022 today it's around 23K, returns are high. I didn't invest in 2023 just fyi and that's my mistake I did very less investment and skipped a year.
