I joined CG in October 2025. Will I be eligible for this year end review? Also, Will the variable pay be given only based on year end review?

Can you please clarify lateral who joined before August 31st are eligible for year end review will they be eligible for rating and hike as well ?

no hike no variable as last date for eligibility was 30 th sept
