What is the eligibility criteria for getting promoted from C1 to C2?
I am 9.5 yrs and got promoted to C2 yesterday. Was promoted to C1 1.6 yrs back. From my experience, you need to Lead your team, do managerial work, be a supervisor to your colleagues, work on some added taste apart from your actual work, and get a rating 2 or 1 to be eligible for promotion from C1 to C2.

You need to complete two years in CG, that’s the only criteria n your manager can nominate you to be considered
