Trending @Capgemini; Effect on Resume -->Recently Switched In Capgemini and now I am getting an offer from Accenture Should I go there ?

My previous CTC 4 LPA and in CG got 9 LPA but now I am getting an offer from Accenture i.e 12-15 LPA not confirmed yet. I have completed 2 months in CG that is also on the bench. Need your guidance guys and genuine advice please suggest 🙏 Thanks for reading and giving your time. YOE - 4

if your PF account is activated it will create issue in the employment history. Will show cg. So background verification may fail in this case

Dont know about cg, but is that 12-15 lpa inclusive of variable. Be very careful of accenture as well because you might move from one bench to another plus variable is generally not given as a full.
