Trending @Capgemini; Editing offer Letter

Hello guys , I’ve resigned (resigned because going from very fragile economic condition)from Capgemini as I cleared my 1st round but in 2nd round management rejected, now Capgemini is ready to retain me but I don’t have offer

I’m thinking to edit offer letter of my friend( working in Infosys) and match the offer and get retain

How often Capgemini/HR does the background verification while retention

Please assist me with proper inputs

Have they asked for your offer over mail? Its not necessary to share. If they are ready to retain and haven't asked for offer then just take back your papers and they will accept your withdrawal. I too withdrew papers recently and i just did that over portal without any offer sharing

Did they retained you? Or u just withdraw the resignation?

Retained. Also withdrawal is not completely in our hand. We can put the withdrawal request but unless its approved by people manager and HR, withdrawal is still incomplete

Just edit the infy offer letter and share only CTC structure snip and first page snip with ur name . Thats it . The offer letter is a confidential doc. Nobody needs to share that as it's ur current offer.

They could easily reach out to respective organisations to verify your offer letter, even I thought of editing a offer letter and get retained but afraid they might verify and it'll ruin things, hence didn't did any sort of thing.
