One of my teammates is experiencing health issues, and he's seeking an early release from CG. Despite requesting to work from home, management has granted only a week, citing that the surgery isn't major enough. it may be not major to us as outside person However, from his perspective, managing both work and health has become unfeasible. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
