Hey everyone, If our account lead and team want to give an early release, and also they spoke with hrs to give early release. do you think HR will approve it if we send them an email? What do you think the chances are? while so many people are saying now a days not possible this early release Thanks!
They didn't give me early release even though account team gave approval. Client didn't even ask for my replacement as the project is on cost-cutting. Still HR wasn't ready to approve early release
Anyways they will give you early release, nobody keeps you paying for 3 months , just be job ready in 2 weeks they might release you in 2 days
