Trending @Capgemini; Early release because planning for abroad

I have resigned and I was also on bench from last 3 month . Now I am asking for the early release will capg hr approve for that or they will ask any proof because right now I am only planning do not have any document

No they won't allow early release until its medical emergency or Higher studies

What if I tell them that I am going for the master ..
will they ask for the document and then they will verify??

It's possible. One of my N was under same situation i.e. had to mov abroad for higher studies. I approved it and had a word with HR, and it worked. So i would say connect with your supervisor and people manager for this
