Hi folks,

I am going to resign from CG due to some health issues. And I am having 35 leave balances, so I can get an early 1 month release. Means instead of serving 90 days can I ask them for a 60 day notice period. Please suggest..

You can request an early release due to health issues and use your leave balance to reduce the notice period. However, approval depends on your HR and project requirements. Negotiate with them.
