I have joined cg 3 yr back as consultant and before joining cg I had join one compny which is having dual employment for 3 months. In BGV they don’t have any questions. But now they came back asking investigation on dual employment. I want to know what action they will take. Will they terminate with a month or 3 of np do I have to serve ?
