Back on track plan PIP when u are on bench or u are not performing well or not going to the office not attending mandatory course and learning hours Or rated 4 .They will assign some assignments and u have to read and clear them .

No hike no appraisal no variable no promotions.

They ask 85 % resources to resign even uncleared assignments

1 month notice and 2 months pay will be provided
