Trending @Capgemini; Doubt about hybrid policy

Do we need to attend 3 days in a week even if we are having 1 holiday or leave in that week ?? Or else excluding the holiday or leave we can attend the remaining 2 days ??

Here HR will be calculated at the end of the month only employees should attend a maximum of 12 days in a month. If employees are on holiday HR won't consider.

So if someone has taken an entire week off, then 12 days a month is not mandatory right?

I am not assured about this but out of 21-22 working days the employees need to attend 12 days.

Only office attendance is considered. Even if it's a holiday or you are on leave doesn't matter here. 3 days WFO is the only consideration for a week.

But what if someone has taken leave for maximum part of the week then how can that person be able to go to office 3 times that week?

If u have taken 3 or more day leave then rest of the days you can do WFO

It says, cumulative 12 days. So you can go any 12 days to office, straight, 3 times a week, or random days. But you have to attend 12 days in a month.
If you are on leave for maximum part of month, then you have to cover max days of 12. I hope its clear now :)

According to the policy, it’s always considered as either 12 days per month or 60% of working days office attendance per month if leaves are applied. For example, Aug 2024 has 21 working days in total including 15th Aug as Public holiday. So, if an additional leave is taken here, would be considered as a day among 12 days
