Trending @Capgemini; Don't go in Comfortable zone
When I joined as fresher I don't know anything about private how industry works and what type of work one has to do but always has something for government or PSU job don't know why. But it took me 1 year for getting project that too was with nothing to do in project just do learning about 4G data plane layer. After 5 months again Bench as no project in that domain. But along with this I used to give government exams. Finally able to crack two exam. If I recall why this took so much time of 2 years as I get into comfortable zone. So this Capgemini experience atleast show me dark phase of private job in IT with no motivation to learn anything as I was trained on two different technology 4g and 5g and now python within two years.
Hope this helps someone who is in same position better plan for future beforehand otherwise golden opportunity which maybe waiting for you will be gone.
What should we give priority to, high paying private job or government job?

If you have inner confidence and u have age then definitely go for government job especially group A or B type job.
Because onething u have to accept do you have capability to go to CEO if no then Private is not high paying there is too much competition for C suite level and in IT if experience increases then salary increases which also increases the chances of jobless if cost cutting is there.
So first judge your inner potential then choose. I can surely tell no private job can match UPSC CSE jobs as U have voluntary retirement scheme which gives opportunity to explore other aspects of life if u want to become entrepreneur then u can etc.
