Trending @Capgemini; Does the rating matter in the variable pay? I have heard that last yr 2 rating people got 125% variable pay and 1 rating got 150%?

Can you tell me what the historical percentages are?

it differs YOY, in a good year 2 rating can fetch 120%, in a bad year 1 rating will give just 125-130%.
